4 Months ago I purchased a seville shirt as a present for a birthday, I paid extra for a la liga badge plus I had it printed. Total cost with p and p 60... I waited 3 weeks and the shirt arrived. It was the wrong Shirt totally... Wrong Club, Wrong size etc. I e mailed them and asked them to change it, they e mailed back and said no problem and to send it back registered post which I did. I waited a month and no shirt arrived. I e mailed them several times and finally after days they answered and said they didn't have any in stock and would have to refund me. A month later I still had not had the refund so I called them..
They NEVER answer the phone it just rings out, I have sent them 11 e mails requesting my money and I have heard nothing at all, I cannot afford to lose this money, I contacted trading standards who said they have had LOADS of complaints about this company Yet still they keep ripping people off, I have heard loads of complaints and read message boards, something needs to be done, THIS IS THEFT!!!
