We ordered shoes on 12/27/04 and on 1/10 we received an email stating "your order has been received and we have sent it to our shipping department." It is now 1/29 and there are no shoes. Furthermore, any attempt to email them and get a response has failed. They must have automatic emails set up to reply to any emails, such as "Thank you for your email, we will respond as quickly as possible." They refer you to their site for fastest service to chat live with their support people and again, you can only email them. There is no phone number availble on their site. Also, the charge on the credit card is www.wcsrx.com and they are based in Germany. What a scam!
