I ordered golf clubs and bag online and request overnight shipping. I then changed my mind on the shipping and emailed the company 4 days later for them to chage it. The next day, the 24th of may I received an email saying that my items were shipped.

Assuming that they were still coming overnight since the company did not bother to repply to the email about changing my shipping option.

That day i checked my online statement and was charged for overnight. 3 days later when I had not received my order I emailed the company with my concerns. They said that the shipping difference would be credited to my account, three weeks later still no such credit.

When i did receive a shipment the ship day on the package was june 30th, not the 24th like i was told. After opening it, there was no bag. I again emailed the company about this problem.in the email I stated how dissatisfied I was with the service and the aggravation that this was causing.

In that email i told the company that I wanted account credited for the shipping difference, that I was originally told would be refunded, and credited for the bag and the shipping cost I was charged for it.

The company emailed me back telling me to check the shipping label and what did it say. Well regaurdless of what it said it was not what i was told was going to happen. This email also said that I was not charged for the Bag because it was on back order.

As i stated I was Charged for the full order long before this email was sent to me.

If anyone does decide to order form this company you can bet that the customer service sucks. I did like the part of the order i recieved but if I could do it again I would order somewhere else. Oh and dont even bother calling them they dont call back I left between 5-7 messages with a phone number trying to get them to call be but they never did.

I have also filed a report with the Better Business Bureau and would suggest everyone having trouble with this company doing so.

If you now how to file complaint with the Attorney General please post to this compaint so I may move forward in filinf charges of fraud with them.

To the company All you had to do was be honest and provide good customer service by following through with concerns. I don't want to do all of this, it is taking time away from me but I dont want you to have my money or business, or in that fact the business of any.
