I cannot activate my card with 380.00 for over a month they have my name spelled wrong and i can't get thru to them

I have a walmart money card with 380.00 in it and i can't activate it because they have my name spelled wrong and i can't talk to a person only an automatic voice that keeps telling me they can't activate my card i need help today as i need the money today
