Gift card ripoff? Norwalk

I purchased a two-hundred dollar gift card from Sams Club online. I received the card in the mail and got an email from them to activate. The link to activate the card returns the message gift card purchase not found!
I called the service representatives three times and finally one said that I was not the only one with this problem and that they were going to send me another email to activate the card! I also sent four emails to them with no answers thus far! No email received as of this date Dec. 10! I purchased the card on Dec. 2nd.

Seems to me that a company as large as Walmart should be able to do something right the first time? So, at this time I am out two hundred dollars and have a piece of plastic here with a pin number that is useless. They have no record of me purchasing the card from them in the first place although my bank debit tells a different story!

Is this a giant ripoff from Walmart or what?
