AKA (CCS) Catalog Shopping NO ONE TO TALK TO! You can't reach a representative

I recieved this card in the mail today! I called to tell them not to activate my card, but instead the MADE ME activate this card I do NOT need nor want. I could not reach a representative, only an automated teller with limited options. Does this company not have people to actually talk to?

I will be reporting again if I recieve ANY bills from this company over their force to activate.
