Ripoff charged my account but never shipped items and no comm responses

The best way to explain this situation is in a linear fashion.

October 26: I ordered three 'pre-played' Xbox games in the mid-afternoon. I was given no option for shipping, they listed 'standard' only even though I was supposed to have options of what type of shipping I wanted. These games came to a total of $52.24. At the end of the order, I did NOT receive any sort of confirmation e-mail.

October 30th: Still no communication from the company whatsoever. Tried calling their 'customer service' line repeatedly, but the line is totally automated with no possibility of talking to a human being. If you choose to place and order with a "customer service representative", it rings and takes you back to the menu. If you choose to wait on the line and press # for 'further assistance', it tells you good-bye and disconnects. Sent an e-mail using their customer service form asking why I have heard absolutely nothing.

October 31st: I get an e-mail at a very late hour from their so-called customer service stating they have my order and that it should be shipped out on the 1st. The stated that I would get a shipping e-mail at that time and they further instructed me to 'refer to my confirmation e-mail', which means they completely ignored my original e-mail where I told them I have gotten no e-mails or any other correspondance from them.

Nov. 1st: My bank shows a charge on Oct-31 for Buy Rite Games: $36.43, not $54.42. I can only assume that at least one of the games did not ship. Frustrated, I sent another e-mail to customer service asking why the total is different and what, if anything, did not ship.

Today, Nov. 5th: STILL no order confirmation e-mail, no shipping confirmation e-mail, no responses to my last e-mail to customer service, and no items. Living in Virginia, if they shipped 'standard', which according to their site is UPS Ground, I should have had the items no later than 2 days after the shipping date of Nov 1st that I was told. If they used USPS Media Mail instead, I should have had it no more than 3 days after the shipping date - which means yesterday at the latest.

The fact that I have gotten no communication from them other than the short, almost automated, response from customer service (none of which was accurate, apparently) is what has me angrier than the wait for the products. I have no way of knowing what the order status is, no one from the company will contact me, and they seem to ignore e-mails.
