Screws employees, terrible busniess practices

I've worked for this company for a few years and it's gotten worse and worse, to customers and to employees. They make commission only salespeople work for hours a week for free, move heavy appliances weekly (alone and with no safety equipment) and they cut our commissions daily and make it harder to fix customer problems (which the company entirely causes due to crappy internal systems and delivery teams). The last straw for me was, after qualifying for a small bonus after working over 24 hours on Thanksgiving/Black Friday, the company retroactively adjusted the bonus criteria to make it so that the few of us who qualified lost the bonus. We are all "commission only" salespeople, and those "black Friday" sales are actually just the sale prices with the commission removed, so most of us ended up working over 24 hours for free. I printed out the bonus criteria and my number qualifying for the bonus, but no one cares. If you care, please don't shop at Sears. I honestly wish they would just close so that I could qualify for a grant to go back to school as a "displaced worker."

I do not at the Ross Park Mall office, but I don't want to get fired before I find another job. I confirmed with friends who work at the Ross Park Mall department that the same thing happened to them, with at least 2 sales people screwed out of bonuses.
