Randy Ross told pay roll to keep my first pay check, for the Driver Performance Bonus, as it was for just one day 14 HOURS, They kept my last 2 checks for the same thing and my Driver Performance Bonus, checks Randy Ross has told me we are cutting the check today and today never comes. They want you to run over hours and then dock your check when you do I was told thats ok we will fix your hours we just need to get the load delivered.
I had guys steal stuff off my trailer and had wrote it up and Randy Ross still Docked my check, If your truck brakes or you have a flat tire they dock it from your pay, even if you wrote it up on your dvcr, That it was missing or you tire was bad and need to be replaced.
They still owe me unpaided over time, 1 weeks pay check and my Driver Performance Bonus, Im talking with an attorney now trying to get them to pay up.
When I told them I will not pull over weight or drive over hours they started working me 1 day 3 days aweek being on call not telling me untill 7:30,9:00 pm at night if I was going to work the next day or making me wait all weekend not knowing if i was going to work on monday.
Im also working with the D.O.T. Wage an Hour, All I want is paid for hours worked. I know times are hard but DONT STEAL FROM YOUR DRIVERS, If you dont like them fire them and pay them theyre money. If you go to work there you know what your getting into.
