Has not delivered the magazine subscription I paid fo

I recieved a renewal notice from Coastal Marketing Services for my National Enquirer Magazine subscription. I paid them $63.80 and the check was cashed 11/28/08. I have not recieved a magazine since probably December. I have been calling them and a woman with an East Coast accent has called me back twice telling me she'll look into it... But no magazine. I have never been able to talk to her directly. I am now realizing I have been ripped off!
