They sent me a $99 item I did not order and they charged me for the item. Did not send return mailing slip. Customer service number on packing slip disconnected. Got another number through internet but haven't been able to get through for almost 2 months. The message says long wait due to high call volume then disconnects after 20 minutes of waiting. You can get through immediately if you want to place an order so tried to get to customer service that way but operator put me on hold and eventually disconnected call. Finally got through today and operator said she couldn't understand me when I gave my account number-but understood every thing else I said! I won't be paying the $99 plus shipping plus interest for this item that is sitting on my Chadwicks credit card. And I don't plan to do business with them again. There is just no excuse for months of not being able to get through to customer service to rectify their error.
