Complaint / review text:
This is the second time I've had a problem getting the rebate from this company. Received email stating my rebate request was good and I should receive in 4-6 weeks. At 7 weeks I connect to their site and discover (again) that it was sent and was received back last week and should be about 2 more weeks until received.
Amy or Cathy will apologize but say their production department failed to sent it with a complete address. This second time this happened I requested receipt of the returned mail and no response or the check sent to date. They will report they have over 350 companies they represent.
Little does World's Greatest Cat Litter know what kind of damage this does to their product. It's time they and everyone else know what negative representation they are receiving.
