After all the money i spent how much have i really saved?

This is a total rip off. I want my dam money refunded!!! 15 dollar on top of this other bullshit charges taken off. After all these fees and membership your not saving anything! Why do you have to make it so difficult to order flowers? YOur company could care less when i called too
