I placed an order with Blooms Today online, with an agent on the phone, for Valentine's day. First they pull a bait and switch. They advertised a 50% discount and show you a false total. Then they proceed to charge my card $45 more than the bill I agreed to. It's not until you finish processing payment that they show you a clue of the real total that they charge to your account.in addition they charged an extra $10 for membership fees that are not detailed in your bill. Then they have the nerve to call me at 11am on Valentine's day and say that they can make delivery the next day or I can cancel my order. They offered nothing in return for the tremendous inconvenience and the agent on the phone was rude to boot. After cancelling my order they inform me that I'll be refunded the money in 5-7 business days. So they borrow my money for 5-7 business days interest free and leave me empty handed for Valentine's day. They wouldn't even return my money immediately so that I could make other arrangements. Their agent informed me that my lack of funds to search out other options isn't their problem. Since I cancelled the order to have my flowers delivered the day after Valentine's day I subjected myself to their return policy. This was the absolute worst experience I've ever had with a florist and the customer service doesn't even merit being called that. This company was a huge disappointment and I will never use Blooms Today again.in fact, I will speak of their horrible service every chance I get so that everyone knows not to order from Blooms Today.
