I ordered window blinds from Blindsgalore.com in early April. Originally received confirmation and "expected" shipping date within days.
I called daily for 2 weeks, trying to get more info on the shipping, and was never able to reach a human. I faxed, e-mailed and randomly entered extensions, trying in vain to get a living being on the phone.
Today, I finally got through on an odd extension and was told they would call me back, I said, NO - I have been trying to reach someone for three weeks! They then hung up.
Luckily, my credit card company instantly credited my account, upon my phone call.
