I've made 10 reports within a 3 month period. All to no avail, I did get thru to customer service, however after many reports where made to a" supposed technical department", I still cannot use the minutes I've paid for. The last time I called I was given a new access number and pin, these do not work either. Be smart DO NOT BUY these cards you're money will be lost as they will not refund.
