I was promised access to more than 700 tv channels free
I was promised a full refund of money paid
Lately i've clicked on tv icon, but no access achieved
More than 80% of tv channels listed are never available
The message on screen is always "Ready"

I am using broadband services, I have top of the range pc, with all facilities. Still do not have satisfactory reception.

Do not have a name or address to ask for help regarding the agreement made between ts reports and myself.
Finally, I am a frustrated customer, seeking for help.
