Efused return, no customer service, employee lied about being a manager. We did research and found out it does NOT state on their site "all sales are final" AS THEY CLAIM! And also found out that they have issued other customers RMA numbers and had the customers ship the product but end up keeping the product as well as the money and customers are still being ripped off.
