They buy properties in desperate need of repair, apparently with drug money, and lie about the state of the building, from electrical, plumbing, windows, doors, heating and air, and even zoning and code violations. They say they will do the work or at least the demo needed but conveniently leave it out of leases that use language so complicated that even a friend who is a lawyer with an MBA had no idea what it said, so how would the average small business person? They pray on mom and pop business people with a dream and tell them what they think they want to hear, then turn around and bleed them dry to improve the properties after they are already in a lease. I was made to believe that the property was up to code for my business with "modern" heating/air conditioning (which turned out to be 20 years old). They will NOT do repairs they are responsible for, though they say they are "on it" and will try to charge you for bogus gas and electric and other "common area" bills. I researched them before I signed the lease, but their dishonest ways hadn't caught up with them yet. I would say both men are sociopaths with no conscience as now the son is involved in a huge drug trafficing and money laundering case. No property is worth what you will lose doing business with these dirt bags.
