Tom is the biggest liar and thief in this industry. Ignores phone calls, refuses letters sent to his address, makes promises to repair the next day, and never does for over 4 months now. He wouldn't take a credit card, and he took our check to a "check cashing" outfit because he has others after him with actions and suits. He is a slippery guy that really doesn't know how to fix copiers.in fact, he has to call Toshiba and search their website to ask questions, which was all he did on one evening and after removing our hard drive, never returned. Tom lied to us no less than 100 times. Avoid him at all costs. Only use CC to make payments if at all possible to give you some protection.
