On october 10th i had my television taken to a repair shop because a part called a light engine was failing. The tech explained that the part was on back order from toshiba, since then i have made numerous calls to toshiba and they were no help even called the parts distributors and they say that they also were waiting for the parts from toshiba. I even filed a formal complaint with the consumer complaint agency case #678641230 and that still do not get toshiba to act. So far my tv has been in the shop since october 10. If you have any information greatly appreciated.
