My daughter ordered a dress from Eve Allure it came 3 weeks later in plastic bag with chinese packaging. The dress did not look like the picture on their website so she decided to return it which was within their 14 day return policy. You have to email their customer service to get approval to return - there is no physical address or phone number listed on their website. We never received a response and it has been two weeks. I would not shop at this site no matter how great you think the prices are the quality is very poor and there is clearly a zero return policy.
