Complaint / review text:
I placed an online order for a 1st Communion dress for my daughter for $120. When I received the dress it was folded inside out and completely wrinkled, the beading on the front was falling off, and the sleeves were unfinished with strings hanging. I tried to contact the company via their online chat, but it was not available. There is no phone number to call. The only way to contact the company is through an email address. Although they say that you will receive a response within a certain timeframe, my email went unanswered.
I was mortified by the return policy notice I received in the box with my dress. I was clear when I ordered that they had a no return policy. However, the following clause was not listed on their website. The tone sends a clear message. Had I see this I would not have done business with this company.
"Please be advised that our return policy is strictly enforced and we will not tolerate demanding emails or phone calls for refunds."
The poor quality of their product, the lack of follow up, and the wording of the return policy prompted me to file this report.
