6/04 Cancelled telephone service with Z-Tel communications. After repeated requests, no refund to date. Customer Service is rude, gives false information about "escalated e-mails" being sent to their billing dept. With no resulting action, promises to have Supervisors call us to discuss with no calls ever received. At one point we were asked to be patient as Florida had experienced 4 hurricanes - ok, what's your excuse now? Have filed a report with the Attorney General.
