While purchasing a new ring assistant manager, jonisha, takes my info and says she is "Just updating my account info". Come to find out she has opened a new account in my name. Customer service says it will take three weeks to check into this. I keep getting the run around. I just want this account closed and off my credit report. I go to the store to pick up my ring and the bipolar store manager, mike, calls me a liar and is screaming at me in the middle of the store. Poor customer relations. Needless to say I returned the ring and will never buy anything there again!!!
