Lied about Billing Plan

I went to my current cell phone provider to upgrade my existing plan to a data plan. I had a budget that I had to stay within. They put together a plan and I excepted it based on our budget. Now I am getting bill in excess of 120.00 over my budget. I can not afford this at all now. They lied to get me signed up and now want honor ther commitment.

I want to shoot these people.
