This company is forcing people to continue paying services once you get out, also making the consumer have to get on the buget plan with their company or People's Gas not giving you a choice. Your bill is set so high that you would either have to except thier budget plan or People's Gas.
I was released from U. S Energy Savings back in June and now it is March / 2007 and I've recieved a bill for $394.90 which $77.95 is my regular gas bill. The $316.95 is an added bill that they have tacked on me saying that I owe this. Where is the saving? And now U.S. Energy Savings has shut down it's phones so I can't resolve the matter.
People Gas tells me I have to pay the $316.95 or my service will be cut off yet I can get on their budget plan and that can save me from having my service shut off. I'm an elderly woman and I can't afford to have my gas shut off and I can't afford the amount. If this isn't bogus practices I don't know what is. So people need to carefull with these so called budget plans.
