Beyond the Rack is beyond belief! Before you order anything please realise you may have another birthday or worse, dead before your merchandise arrives. You cannot order by 'phone, the return policy was only changed this week (11.22.11) otherwise they don't return monies to your credit card. They also offer 'free' shipping on 'Black Friday' but only if you find the fine print that says one must spend $100 or more!
