Consumers please be aware of BTR return policy. They do not allow you to get your money back if you return your items other than for faulty goods. This is ridiculous because other stores and site will return payment to original method of payments. I am very disappointed with BTR and their policy and will reconsider doing business with them in the future. A very mad and disappointed customer.
