The tech came out to install the service in my house on October 1. I was unhappy with the installation from the very get go because it was installed in one of the bedrooms and not in the game room as I had requested. Well he stepped on the hot water pipe accidentally and told no one. He left that day and then the supervisor called me to verify if I was happy with the installation. I told him I was not happy with the installation. He stated he would come back to see what could be done. Well he came back and checked the rooms but didnt check the attic to see how the tech ran the cables. Anyway several days later my girls noticed that there was water leaking from the ceiling and because my husband was working we waited till he got home so he could check it out.
