I would like to extend a letter of recognition to a Lowes representative by the name of Chuck in the Outside Lawn & Garden Center in Pittsboro, NC. I am always greeted by a nice man who took the time in learning my garden needs and carrying my heavy loads of mulch and soil. He is so knowledgeable and enjoyable. Since then, every time I see him at work, he remembers me and always greets me with that same smile. He's that way with all his customers. My applause to such a fine man!
