Garden Leisure Spas are a piece of junk and the lack of customer service from the company is rediculous.
I wrote a letter to Garden Leisure complaining about my spa. The issue is the jets or nozzles, keep popping out. The spa is only two years old. WTF!
I went to the original installer and they said it was a warranty issue with Garden Leisure.
So I write a nice letter to Garden Leisure requesting some assistance. NOTHING! I check the web for their CEO's name and let me tell you they are not easy to locate. Its as if they want to be obscured in many layers of BS to keep the customer from getting company information.
Well, after getting a few different addresses and names, I go about sending a few letters to Garden Leisure. NOTHING! NO RESPONSE!!
What a company!
I dont know if there are better companies out there, but I can attest to the fact that Garden Leisure is great up and until the sale. Anything after that and you are on your own!!
