We had a big problem with a lawn mower that we bought at Lowe's and three lawn mowers later and five months later they returned our money! Their policy is 1 month but they took care of us! If they hadn't we would have lost $2400. Plus to top it all of they were very understanding as my husband was so upset he was not the nicest and they could have just told him to leave but still listened to him even after asking him to calm down! We have been shoping with Lowe's for 37 years and will continue to do so!
