I would like to extend a letter of recognition to a Lowes representative by the name of Quincy. I was visiting the Lowe's in Beaufort, SC and was greeted by a nice young man who took the time in learning my garden needs and carrying my heavy loads of mulch, soil, and fence posts. He really made my trip and enjoyable one. Since then, every time I see him at work, he remembers me and always greets me that same smile.
