OAN Services Aka USA Voicemail
Ripoff

We use SBC phone services and have unlimited long distance calling with several features, including but not only, CallNotes Plus Voice Mail by SBC Messaging...

Our newest phone bill has a $12.95, before taxes, charge from OAN Services, INC and states on our billing, Billing for "OAN Services, Inc." and "Billed on behalf of USA VOICEMAIL" "USA VOICEMAIL PREMIUM MONTHLY FEE $12.95"

We know nothing of this company, and why would we pay $13.00 for voice mail, when we all ready have voicemail through our phone company?

I can not find a web address or physical address for either OAN Services, Inc., or for USA VOICEMAIL.

I have contacting our phone company and hope that they will take off these charges and won't allow them again.

Someone please help, if this all doesn't work. Thank you.
