Consumer Beware-Do not order from BuyFlowersOnline.com. This is a scam and fraudulent company. I ordered flowers for my sister's birthday and when I spoke with her that night they never arrived. I tried calling both numbers listed on their website the next day and sent an email asking about my order. One line always rings busy and the other just rings with no answer. No response from website. They charged my American Express but I was able to catch it right away so AMEX credited it back and is following up on this company. Their website looks very legitimate. This is the first time I have been taken by an online company. I hope they catch criminals behind Buy Flowers Online.com. Reported 09/26
