I ordered flowers online with this company 6 days ahead of Mother's Day to ensure timely delivery. The order was a simple rose vase and card to be delivered to my mother in Puerto Rico. The company advertised that it could deliver to P.R. So I took a chance to order with them.
Flowers were never delivered and even though they automatically were able to take my money, they could not be reached by email, phone, their advertised 1- 800 number, their regular number: (786) 228-5125 and their customer service email: [email protected]. I tried checking on my order at the website which was listed, but no status was shown. Their 1-800 number (was constantly busy - for the past seven days even when I called 10 times - each resulting in hangup. LOL).
The bottom line is that if you cannot honor your claim to deliver, then you should NOT ADVERTISE THAT YOU CAN DELIVER. This is considered to be DECEPTIVE TRADE PRACTICE. They did not have a corporate office location nor any location listed on their website. I have tried to cancel this order with no answers yet from my email request.
I realize now that this company has probably ripped off millions of people this way and have simply gotten away with it because it is an unreachable online company. Consumers please beware of buyflowersonline.com
