I then placed an order on Telefloras website to send flowers to my wife on 12/17. (Teleflora ORDER 20171158) The flower WERE NOT delivered on 12/17. I called their 800 number on 12/17 after 5pm and was told they would be delivered on 12/17. I called them again at 8am 12/18 and was disconnected. I then went to their website and did an online chat. I was told they would be delivered ASAP. The flowers never came!!! I emailed their customer support and nothing. These people are incompetent!
