Two days ago I ordered online flowers for my sister's 18th birthday to be sent to her school today. I paid extra express shipping so that the flowers would arrive before 1pm as she was to leave for a softball game by bus at 1:40. I called her at 1:30 to go pick up her surprise... And surprise here were no flowers in her school's office. I immediately called BloomsToday and received the number for the local company to deliver the flowers. When caling that local company I was informed they never received the order from BloomsToday. Bloomstoday was very quick in charging my credit card, just not so quick at procesing my order apparently. After being very upset my husband called Bloomstoday looking for some explaination or compassion to our problem. The gentleman was VERY rude when he said that they could deliver the flowers to the school (which wouldn't work since school is out until Tuesday,) or deliver the fowers to another location... But in no way shape or form could they refund our express shipping fee. He was mean and unprofessional, by giving attitude and when my husband asked that they do something to make up for their mistake he shortly said there was nothing they could do. My husband cancelled our order. I hope we are refunded quickly. Working customer service for a website myself I know that if I don't se my money after 10 days, they did not refund me as told.in ten days if my bank account isn't credited, BBB will be hearing from me. They did however email me a $10 off coupon to use on my next order. Unfortunetly, there will not be a "next order" I'd rather be credited for my express shipping and have the flowers delivered to her home. Horrible service. Do not use!
