I have been the victim of Gary Nelson and his wife Mary Nelson of Re/Max Components and Lifeline Short Sales LLC in Fallston Maryland. I had a house that I was under water on. I had a contract for a buyer that wanted to buy the property but was having trouble with getting answers from the mortgage company.
I was then approached by Gary Nelson. He told me it was OK to use his listing agreement in addition to the contract I was in to get a faster sale. I did as he told me and listed the property. Shortly after that I had a contract come through the listing agreement and was told by Gary Nelson and his Wife Mary Nelson that I could accept this contract and see which would close first. Once I accepted that contract from the listing I then found out that it is illegal to accept 2 contracts and now I am being sued by 2 buyers of my house.
