I purchased pheromone oils without having first smelled them because of one of the marketing/advertising schemes on their site: Quote taken directly from their site: http://www.attractyou.com/faq.htm

Yes! If you are not fully satisfied with our Pheromone oils, you may return the unused portion within six months (180) days for a full refund or between six and 12 months for a whopping 200% refund! I don't know any other pheromone seller who is willing to put his or her money where their mouth is. There is nothing to lose or risk except shipping fees."
I placed an order for 1 Attract Men for Women and 1 Attract Women for Men (I recv'd a 3rd bottle of Attract Men for free as a promo) I didn't like the way they smelled. The men's made me sneeze and the women's smelled bad so I opened the 3rd free bottle to be sure it wasn't spoiled only to find that it smelled the same.
I knew something wasn't right when each time it took over 2 weeks for a response to any of the emails I sent. The merchandise was returned 06/14. Ultimately the last email from Ronald was summed up in this quote:
"A refund would have been issued sooner but you opened all 3 bottles. Now none of them are good and none of them can be resold. I realize you were unhappy with the product but it is a good product and we do care about our customers. Can you tell me if the product was so bad, why did you open every bottle? We are unsure if we are obligated to refund for more than just the first bottle. We would be happy to do that."
I emailed him that this was not the return policy stated on his website and that I want a full refund. The 100% and 200% money back gaurantee has no stipulations and is a big part of the marketing/advertising scheme in order to to sell. They lied and I am entitled to a full refund as per their stated guarantee! To date I have not heard from anyone at this company and I have not recv'd a refund.
