Everywhere on their site, they boast of the miracle of Hoodia. Nowhere on their site do they state a refund policy. Stupidly, I ordered - because they offered 2 months supply free, if you order 4 - 6 month supply. After taking this worthless product for 5 days, I realized it was not doing a thing (supposed to curb appetite), so found a web address ON THE INVOICE that I could request a refund. Websupportcenter.com. This info was NOT on the Hoodia website, so consumer does not have this info until they receive the product. I wrote that site, providing my order #, and my request for a RMA (yes, you have to get a return merchandise authorization number). I wrote that I wished to return the slightly used 1 bottle, and unopened 5 bottles for a refund. You will not believe their miserly return policy they informed me of. FIRST, you have to use it all up (at 2 pills/day that would take 6 months), THEN request a refund. Several emails explaining the idiocy of this policy - that I continue to take pills that do not benefit me - were met with "Sorry, this is our policy". Now, I have to wait 6 months to get a refund for these worthless pills... Not only that you don't even get a full refund... This is from their 'return policy':
*Refund Processing Fee: $10 Per item e.G. 1 bottle return = $10 Fee. 2 bottle return - $20 Fee.
So, I will get assessed a $60 return fee ONLY AFTER 6 MOTHS! I will have lost $100 for absolutely worthless pills (paid $160 for a 6 mo. Supply).
Folks, do not be deceived by their testimonials, by their "buy 4, get 2 free", by the links on their website. These folks are slick, and you are stuck once you pay them your money.
