This company claims to be able to replicate any discontinued scent or perfume. When I placed my order the website said it already had the formula for my perfume and didn't need a sample. Almost two months passed and I didn't have my order. When I emailed to ask what the hold up was they replied and said they were waiting for a special "ingredient" and it would ship soon.
When the product arrived it was a weak yellow color and smelled exactly like watered down Johnson's Baby Shampoo. I emailed to complain that this creation they made smelled like soap and nothing like my perfume. They apologized, said they would be happy to refund my money OR they could try again. I sent an original bottle with the genuine perfume to them along with the product they shipped me. I included a note as well as emailed them in addition that IF they could recreate that exact scent in my original perfume bottle to please try again. If they could not match it exactly or if they had doubts that they could to please just send back my money and to please let me know which option they were choosing.
I heard nothing for six plus weeks from them so I emailed again. They said the newest recreation would be shipping shortly as they were just waiting for one "special" ingredient again. It arrived as promised but again smelled exactly like watered down SOAP... Just like the first bottle they sent. When I emailed them the next day to state this bottle smelled just like the first one and nothing like my perfume I was called a "cyber terrorist" and that they would no longer reply to my emails.
This is obviously a scam. I've found other customer complaints against this company also claiming their received product smelled like soap too. I only wish I'd have researched them before ordering from them.
DON'T ORDER from this company. I have a very expensive bottle of watered down soap instead of what they promised.
