Same problems that others are having
I use deionized water. Still I use the filter
Had platinum brewer for a year and now it won't brew. Throws a set temp line in setting area
Says its ready and I try to brew... Makes a few noises like trying to pump. Goes through cycle and no coffee
Got it to work once and during the night it heats up and then I saw water all over the counter. It brewed with the arm up and with no one touching the brew button
Changed filter cleaned machine started over worked a few times. Then back to se thing. Ready and started yet no coffee made
