Keurig not working - Keurig

I have had my Keurig for over a year and a half now. I received it in January. I have used it a total of 10-15 times. About a year ago I called in to Keurig Customer service because it wasn't working properly. They instructed me how to clean the needles and then it started working again. I used it a few more times before moving, since January it has been packed up because I moved to a new house. I recently took it out and was going to run water through it, since I hadn't used it in awhile. The needles are clean, but when I push the "brew" button, it says "brewing" on the screen, but nothing happens. I called customer service. After explaining to the representative what my issue was, she told me she would be happy to go through some troubleshooting steps with me. She said "since you already went through the troubleshooting step of cleaning it, we don't have to do that". I said ok. I told her I thought it was something with the computer in the machine, since it said "brewing", but wouldn't do anything. She then said "Since these troubleshooting steps didn't work for you, I can offer you a new keurig at a discounted rate, since yours is out of warranty". Well, I don't want to buy another at a discounted rate, I wanted to try and get the one I have to work, since it has only been used a few times. She didn't even try any troubleshooting steps with me. I understand that mine is out of warranty, but I didn't think it only had a lifespan of 10-15 brews.
