In order to return something need to respond with in 16 days i believe but that is from date of order obviously so if you buy something to give as a gift you will never have the opportunity to get it resolved.
Trying to resolve the situation by telephone they say they only take a return auth number via internet
Do not use this company it has no resources to try and get your money back. Will never use again. Are too many companies that sell similar products for the same money.
