About 5 years back we used Rock Electrical to set up a fresh device and re did our ductwork. They offered us a-10 year of free components and work. They arrived and did the job and inside a week anything began going wrong. Therefore we named to tell them plus they desired to cost us to complete the job and we haven’t actually had it to get a week. Well they informed us they'd emerge on so-and-so evening and period plus they never turned up (which was each day we became popular function to become house for them-not to actually appear and sometimes even phone). They approached them-and they ultimately arrived on the scene and did the job.
Well today 5 years in the future the AC is ruining again (bear in mind we've a-10 years of free components and work) therefore we named them to tell them what's incorrect. Your atmosphere continues to be out since Wednesday evening (it's summer season therefore it gets as much as 90degrees in the home) and he informed us he'd be there Friday between 12 & 1 and not turned up with no phone. Therefore my partner named him and he didn’t solution so we left a note. After contacting him and after many communications we eventually got touching him and he explained oh my man is also exhausted ahead out today to repair it so he'll be there tomorrow (Sunday) between 8 & 9. Obviously they never turned up Sunday, never got a phone contact and he never answered his telephone. Today it's Saturday but still nothing.
