I named Maytag to setup an appt. For my stove which was no longer working plus they called me to ANE Manufacturer support. They explained it'd be 70.00 to get a support phone however they might say it easily got the stove fixed which I'd just purchase components and work. I'd need to spend the 70.00 easily decided to not have it fixed. They explained a Wed. Between 8-5 which for me is just a long-range, and so I got each day down for that technology ahead out, 4:45 comes around and also the technology calls and claims he's on his way out, he really wants to verify the cost with me and claims 70.00 components and work, I told him, I had been informed by ANE they might renounce that 70.00 easily got the stove fixed and he explained no, you still need to spend the 70.00 regardless. Therefore today I Have been fooled, its 4:45 and Ive dropped a times of function, I told him to overlook it don't actually emerge, Im not enjoying that sport, I named Maytag to protest, they stated they'd purchase components easily rescheduled, I decided to it plus they might create the appt with ANE, Wed. Per week later is my appt evening, I contact to verify my appt. The day before with ANE plus they claim I've no appt together for tomorrow, I contact Maytag plus they claim I actually do inside system-so they contact ANE and obtain back with me and state I actually do, and so I contact ANE again plus they claim I actually do have an appt today. (WHICHEVER) therefore Wed. A later date Ive needed to remove of function to hold back for ANE to exhibit. 5:00 comes with no technology has named me, nothing, and so I contact ANE plus they stated the appt is rescheduled for Friday, Im heading, "exactly what the @#$%^&* ()"? Are you kidding me? Its 5:00,2nd time of function Ive missed with no technology has confirmed or named to inform me they have to reschedule??? I really could have experienced a brand new stove right now using the 2 times of work I skipped. I named Maytag to keep in touch with a supervisor, the broker disconnected me, my body is boiling!!! I contact again and keep in touch with a supervisor, they claim they'll purchase components and work to create up for this and they'll get somebody on a Sitting. - well why did not they provide me that individual to start with since ANE might just emerge on Wed or Fri (I perform those times) Im absolutely livid with ANE and wouldn't suggest them to anybody if you don't desire to be fooled and shed several evening of work with nothing, they do not care and its own the toughest support ANE must mean complete number work!!!
