Speakeasy Inc. Has failed over and over to recognize their support agreement agreement.
Our company registered many months previously for Speakeasy web and contains been only issues. Setup took weeks longer than they guaranteed and today web failures occur numerous occasions per week for all of US (not only speaking problems below, but blackouts all night on-end), and we're dropping thousands of bucks in income during every downtime. We've pleaded together for aid plus they are totally unresponsive.
To create things worse, our telephone lines are continuously staticky, plus they have the nerve at fault their issues on-US, despite the fact that our earlier supplier had no problems. Recently they attempted to express we ought to possess a disease disrupting our support, that will be difficult whilst the issues continue even if each and every pc is turn off. They'll do something to try and move fault to others and refuse accountability. They've attributed “3rd celebration providers” and today are accusing us, the client.
We're at our splitting point — and that is stating a great deal, because we have been individual for weeks, really relying them when they stated they'd look after one frustration following the next. We actually ended a with this prior supplier (and settled a huge charge for that, incidentally) to register with Speakeasy. Today we are considering still another termination charge to flee the shadiest web company ever.
