Credit inform which you are automatically signed up for through Capital One credit cards has continued to charge me a monthly fee. This, after I called and cancelled their service upon receiving my credit card in the mail.
The first time I called to cancel, Credit Inform conveniently did not give me a cancellation number. Which I did not know I needed to have. Without this number as "proof" that I called to cancel they continued to charge my card 8.99 a month.
When I called a few months later again they said I did not cancel the first time. They will not refund the charges.
